This course started on March 7th 2023 in the Science Hub in University College Dublin. The aim of the course is to begin to bring the most popular and successful perspectives, from the psychological professions, into the post-pandemic world. As an in-person course it’s an opportunity to bring together some new ideas with old ways of working in Lifelong Learning. We are in a time of transition, a time of crisis. We have a mental health crisis, a climate crisis, a housing crisis and to top it all, we have a crisis of meaning. In my family, we managed to name twelves different crises that people today talk about. My question is whether we have any solutions from psychology and science?
